Hi, I am Jelena (Yellenah. Never Jelly)

I have pieces of paper proving I know things: ILM Certificate in Coaching, Empowerment Self Defence Trainer Certificate, Masters Degree in General Psychology, PgCert in Research Methods, PhD in Education, Best Short Story prize and published novel.

I also have pieces of life experiences which made me who I am now, some of which have to do with violence, war and dying- almost and only just. Some of which have to do with human kindness- a lot of it in the former context. Therefore I very much believe in humans although at times I am very much annoyed with them.

I often hear I am very intense, which sometimes translates to “too much”. I like to call it “quite complex”. That is how it is. Engage at your own risk.

I have pieces of multicolored cloths going around the waist which prove I know how to punch, kick and- most recently- roll with other sweaty people on the floor. Only just, though. So no actual ninja skills here.

I support people climbing the authentic peaks of their lives.

I am still learning how to be proper.
