Boundary Setting 707

Boundary Setting 707 is a course designed by Dr Jelena Nolan- Roll, and is based on her expertise in violence prevention, her knowledge of psychology and education and her lived experience, too.

All forty three years and at least seven important relationships which keep going, although other sides might annoy her and she is confident she annoys the other participants, too (ie ex husband, who against all odds is still one of her best friends).

She believes relationships are important, humans are mostly kind and that we can both set boundaries and not abandon people we love and/or have to work with. And once she achieved that in her life, she created the course which can help others achieve the same things, too.

The goal of Boundary Setting 707 is to equip the participants with boundary setting tools and mechanisms in relevant contexts (i.e. family or work) and means of making those sustainable in a long run.

This course is for those who:

  • want to set better boundaries in relationships
  • want to identify what they are already doing well in boundary setting space
  • want to live more authentic lives, according to their own values
  • believe above is possible.

It consists of four workshops where participants engage with different topics and tools helpful in navigating boundary setting universe, such as their current strengths in boundary setting, mechanisms to set boundaries and preserve relationships at the same time, how to recognise and respond to the host of toxic behaviours, how to deal with the uncomfortableness and challenges of change and whys of why we all do it.

In addition to this, participants get the option of being part of WhatsApp and Facebook communities for support on their journey, materials used in workshop and the workbook where they can outline and practice their boundary setting skills.

Investment in the online course is £117 (Euro 137), payable by bank transfer, PayPal, cash (instructions for paying all of those will be sent in confirmation email) or by skill share (see below)

Skill share payment: We believe in inclusive education and that money is not the only way to invest in personal growth. Therefore, should a sum of £117 (Euro 137) be unattainable at the moment, there are 5 places (out of 21) for investing by sharing your skill or talent or knowledge. Or space, even.

These are currently in high demand, but if your talent is not listed and you think it would make sense, please suggest it:

  • Driving automatic car;
  • Properly putting makeup on
  • BJJ training partner
  • Sanding floors and painting walls
  • Deep cleaning the house
  • Place to stay at lovely location
  • Accountability buddying
  • [insert your own skill here]
